Yups Nirmal it happens quite often. Well there was some issue with the date I have made the change in timestamp.

This happened to me as well, nowadays I write as soon as Possible. BTW Keith, how come the post date is saturday? :D

Yes, it has happened to me twice. And one was Daniel of dailybloptips.com who wrote a post on which i was about to write. From that day, I am also in favour of what you call as ASAP Mode.
