If you like dirty humor you should check out @vh1mrboston. The guys is as offensive as anyone can be. But I wouldn't recommend it to people who get offended easily!

Well I have registered for Plurk but did not like its interface much, maybe will take some time getting used to it. And with twitter I have tons of tools to update my status and check on other status without leaving my desktop. Well that said I am still trying to get a hang of plurk too many social networking sites do not have space on my plate :D
