Thanks Shankar. Yes Google Desktop is very much helpful to me allows me to find things easily much much better than the regular windows search.

i would call it a awesome desktop...with the amount of categorization of shorcuts is some thng that i liked in you desktop.

@indyank I like the black theme I upgraded my Ram to 2GB so that I would not have to sacrifice the effects :-)

@RJ Many people like minimalistic desktops, yes I do use a lot of open source stuff too :-)

Nice to see some familiar 'free or opensource' (may I add non-mainstream/paid?) icons on your desktop.

I am a minimalist of sorts and my desktop is 'empty'! But one click gets me looking at what I want. So in a 'show me your desktop', I will be a hands down flat out boring loser! :(

I like what you've done on yours though:)
